Deep ruby color with rust-colored light reflections. Clean and bright presents middle layer.
NOSE:
A cup stop is intense, friendly and yet soft with aromas of ripe fruit. Gradually the ripe red fruit notes mingle with hints of fruit licorosas giving way to scents such as rosemary and red pepper.
MOUTH:
Entrance is smooth and long. Notable notes of caramel and roasted cacao involving black fruit. It is long on the palate and good structure. Very friendly.
MARRIAGE:
Sirloin and grilled steak.
